Gloriously Victorian and beautifully refined, this five-stone ring is crafted in rich 18ct Gold with a graceful, raised crown and pierced gallery. A sumptuous royal-blue Sapphire sits centre stage, flanked by four bright Diamonds and two further blue Sapphires, each in individually scalloped claw settings for a delicate, heritage silhouette.

The Sapphires are Natural and unheated, with a velvety depth and a combined weight of approximately 2.20ct, while the Diamonds add a lively 0.30ct of sparkle. Elegant from every angle, the openwork under-gallery and slender, tapered shank make this a timeless piece of Victorian design—romantic, balanced, and effortlessly wearable.

MEASUREMENTS: Gemstone spread is 20mm across.
Central Sapphire measures 6mm long x 5.5mm wide, weighing approx. 1.25ct
Outer Sapphires measure 4mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.95ct combined
Total Sapphire weight is approx. 2.20ct.
Diamonds graduate from 2.5–3mm in diameter, weighing approx. 0.30ct combined
Band is 2mm wide at the back.
WEIGHT: 3.5g.

MATERIALS: Tests as 18ct Gold, Natural no heat Blue Sapphires (2.20ct), Diamonds (0.30ct).

HALLMARKS: Since we have dated this piece as being made before 1950, a hallmark is not required in order for it to be sold in line with UK hallmarking legislation.

PACKAGING: Your order will be gift-wrapped free of charge in a Lillicoco cardboard box made from recycled materials, tied with a ribbon.

Condition

EXCELLENT: The Sapphires and Diamonds are bright with no obvious chips or abrasions visible, retaining lovely sparkle and colour. The prongs and pierced settings are intact and secure, with crisp detail. The shank shows only light surface scratches and gentle patina commensurate with age, with no visible resizing marks.
